Add image in chatbot flow with the help of Image card. Image card will help you to showcase your product or service in an image form. The image can be uploaded in two ways:
Direct upload
URL upload
Direct upload is where you directly upload an image from your computer.
URL upload is where you can paste an URL of the image that will appear in the chatbot.
