Add Flow

Flows are the responses/ messages set by you.

Flows are a part of a specific group. When you add flow, you are adding information to your bot. A question or a process should be maintained in different flow and should be named accordingly.  

You can create endless flows in a bot.

The flow will consist of information that you have set in form of Text, User input, Gallery, Images, and many other important elements. Let us understand each of them in detail.

 

Copy Flow 

Copy flow helps you replicate exact structure used in another flow. This helps you save time.  

1. Create a Flow 
2. Name the flow as per your requirement 
3. You will see a Copy flow item, from the dropdown select the flow you want to copy.   
4. Click on Copy flow.
