The I/O Operations menu allows you to efficiently manage your chatbot’s workflows and AI configurations. You can export or import the workflows and AI of the bot from here. If you wish to have a similar chatbot for some other activity, then you can try using the import/export option.
Note - Export/Import will only work for the workflows and AI intents, all other configurations of the bot such as agent chat, integrations will be lost in the newly imported bot.
You can also upload intents using a CSV file in a specific format. This feature allows you to import multiple intents at once.
