Import/Export


Import/Export


Find Import/Export option in configure tab of the bot dashboard. You can export or import the workflows and AI of the bot from here. if you wish to have a similar chatbot for some other activity then you can try using import/export option.

 

Note - Export/Import will only work for the workflows and AI intents, all other configurations of the bot such as payment settings, agent chat, integrations will be lost in the newly imported bot.
