You can use text as one of the item to set your response message that will display when the flow is invoked.

Under text item, your response can be in form of a particular Flow, URL or Buy now.

When you select flow as your response, you will be able to direct the user to any particular flow that you have set in your chatbot

URL

If you wish to set URL as your response simply paste the link where you want to direct your users. Under URL you will see a text that says Display this URL inline. When you select display this URL inline, the link that you have set as your response will open within the bot itself.

Buy now

This set of response is only available when you enable payment in your bot.

How to enables payments is explained in the configure section in this document. Here the user can directly buy any product or service by clicking on buy now and it will direct them to the payment process.
