After sending your broadcast, you can analyze the broadcast performance by clicking on History. The details will include:

  • Total number of users to whom broadcast was sent.
  • Delivery status of the message.
  • Number of users who read the message.
  • Sent date and time.




That’s not the end when you click on view details on the right-hand side (the eye icon).  It will provide you with further information like:

  • Total number of your users
  • Number of users your message got delivered
  • How many of them read it.
  • Also, the devices/platforms where your message rolled out.
