Role Description
  • The Security Compliance Manager will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, data privacy, cybersecurity, and network security.
  • They will manage information security management and implement security protocols, policies, and procedures.
  • The Security Compliance Manager will also be responsible for monitoring security systems, conducting risk assessments, and providing recommendations for security enhancements.
  • Also help the business team for any customer/partner compliance requirement and engagement with such customer/partner whenever required.
  • Develops, maintains, and communicates the organization’s information security policy and procedures.
  • Directs and oversees the assessment, selection, implementation, and maintenance of information security tools and technologies.
  • Evaluate new or updated industry regulations to ensure continued compliance.
  • Enforces information security controls and investigates/responds to information security incidents.
  • Participates in business continuity planning (BCP) activities when required by regulation or senior leadership.
  • Prepares reports, business cases, and presentations on security risk, controls, the status of compliance efforts, etc.
  • Acts as liaison between IT and other functions (e.g., legal) regarding information security events or incidents.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • To attend meetings with potential Clients to determine technical and business requirements and ensuring that all necessary information is collated prior to producing a solution
  • Ability to demonstrate Floatbot product, platform and solutions effectively to audiences of varied technical knowledge including CXO's
  • Provide technical solutions in a professional manner and to agreed timeframes
  • Create and confidently deliver technical presentations internally and externally
Qualifications and Skills
  • Minimum 2 years to 5 years of proven SaaS experience in Pre-sales including Enterprise sales, and consistent.
  • Over-achievement of quotas. Preferred experience of selling into A.I space or- Chatbot technology would be a Plus
  • Overall responsibility for the sales numbers from the region, aligning with teams- (Inside Sales, Marketing, Product) to deliver the numbers
  • Understand how to build and grow a successful business in the domain of A.I, - Chatbot, Analytics, SaaS or Business intelligence preferred.

Roles & Responsibility:
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business goals, challenges, and requirements. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and guidance on IT solutions.
  • Account Development: Identify growth opportunities within existing key accounts. Collaborate with clients to understand their evolving needs and propose appropriate IT solutions or services to meet those needs. Upsell or cross-sell products or services to maximize account revenue.

Roles & Responsibility

Your role is primarily to generate sales of Floatbot Product that includes:

  • IVA or Voicebot [Integrated with Contact Center], Chatbot in Banking, Insurance or other verticals in USA/Canada or North America and APAC market, hereby referred as “Target Market”
  • Assist US and APAC Sales team to Generate leads through outbound email, phone campaign, LinkedIn in Target Market and qualify them to MQL [Marketing Qualified Lead] and SQL [Sales Qualified Lead]
  • Feed MQL and SQL to US and APAC sales team for them to take it forward
  • Drive engagement with Inbound leads that are assigned to you and Drive these leads to closure
  • Setup meetings, showcase demo, send commercials, Contracts, solution proposals, RFP/RFI proposals [including pre-bid queries], Follow-up for Payments upon delivery
  • Negotiate commercials and close the Sales
  • Drive Digital Marketing activities for US / North America and APAC market closely working with Digital Marketing team
About The Role

  • You thrive in cross-functional environments which require collaboration.
  • You have knack for over-communication and ability to bring together cross-functional teams to deliver on business objectives.
