The Agent Assist Conversations feature is designed to keep track of all interactions between users and agents, ensuring that every conversation is logged and easily accessible.
The left panel displays a list of sessions between users and agents.
The right panel displays the complete chat history for the selected conversation. The chat history will display three distinct messages for clarity: Bot, Agent, and Behalf of User.
Bot: The first message is typically from the bot, providing a contextual overview and suggesting responses or questions for the agent to consider.
Agent: Agents can either utilize the suggestions provided by the bot or formulate their own responses.
Behalf of User: The responses provided by the user throughout the conversation.
