Call action item is used to end the Voice conversation with the speaker, basically it is used to hangup the call. This Item has multiple action as below:
Hangup: This action hangs up the call.
Transfer:
This action helps to transfer an ongoing call to a specific SIP address. This can be used when a call needs to be transferred to an agent.
Multiple information or attributes can be passed as SIP Headers using this item. You can pass attributes as shown on the screenshot below.
Dial:
This action helps to dial out another number to a specific SIP address.
