Call Action

Call action item is used to end the Voice conversation with the speaker, basically it is used to hangup the call.
This Item has multiple action as below:

  • Hangup: This action hangs up the call.
  • Transfer:
    • This action helps to transfer an ongoing call to a specific SIP address. This can be used when a call needs to be transferred to an agent.
    • Multiple information or attributes can be passed as SIP Headers using this item. You can pass attributes as shown on the screenshot below.

    • This action helps to dial out another number to a specific SIP address.
