Integrating with Viber
To integrate your AI agent with Viber, please follow the steps outlined below:
Go to the Channels section in the Floatbot dashboard.
Select Viber as the desired channel.
Enter your Viber Bot Token to authenticate.
Choose the AI agent you wish to connect with Viber, then click the Add button.
Upon completing these steps, your Viber channel integration will be successfully established.
How to Get the Viber BOT token
To get a Viber bot token, you can do the following:
Create a bot
Go to the More tab in the Viber app
Tap the QR code symbol in the top right corner
Scan the QR code from the Info section under Tools on the Viber Admin Panel
Tap Edit Info
Scroll down and copy the App Key
You can also get a Viber bot token by logging into the Viber Admin Panel, clicking the icon with your bot, and copying the API token.
