Creating a Voice Campaign
To run a Voice campaign, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the Campaign Manager section in the dashboard.
- Click on the Add Campaign button.
- Select Phone as the campaign type to initiate a Voice campaign.
- Name your campaign for easy identification.

- Click on the Next button to proceed.
- Schedule your campaign based on your requirements. You can choose to launch the campaign immediately or set a custom date range. Additionally, you can specify active days for the campaign and pause it on specific days as needed.

Creating a WhatsApp Campaign
Before we dive into the process of running a WhatsApp campaign, it’s important to first understand WhatsApp templates.
You may have noticed receiving promotional or advertisement messages from companies on WhatsApp. These messages are known as Templates. WhatsApp templates are pre-approved message formats that businesses can use to communicate with their customers. These templates must be created through the WhatsApp Business Manager and need to be approved by WhatsApp before they can be sent. Only after approval can these templates be used for messaging.
