Creating AI Agents

The "AI Agent" section serves as a dedicated platform where you can create and customize both Voice AI Agents and Chat AI Agents tailored to your specific needs. This feature allows you to design AI agents with advanced capabilities, enabling seamless voice or text-based interactions, depending on your business requirements or user engagement strategies.
Steps to create the AI Agent:

  1. Click on the Create new AI Agent on the right corner.
  2. Name your AI Agent
  3. Select appropriate use Case for your AI Agent
  4. And click on the Create AI Agent button.

Each card on the panel displays different agents. You can access all your Agents through this dashboard.

You will see 2 buttons associated with each AI Agent,

  1. AI Studio: Clicking on this button would redirect you to the AI Workflow of a specific Agent. To know more about AI Studio, Click here
  2. Demo: Clicking on this opens a chat version of your AI Agent. You can provide this URL to your clients to test the AI Agents.
