To integrate the SMS/Text channel with your AI agent, you will need to install Twilio on your account. If you are unsure how to do this, please Click here for guidance. Once Twilio is successfully integrated, you can follow the video tutorial below to learn how to connect SMS to your AI agent.
Just select the AI Agent and the phone number you wish and just click on the connect button and the number would be integrated on SMS/TEXT channel.
