Flow Point

Flowpoint is to help users remember their progress in a process or interaction, allowing them to easily pick up where they left off. Whenever AI Agent is not able to follow the query from user, its fallbacks to the default message and comeback to the Last flow point, so the conversation does not gets broken.

Whenever you need to forget the previous steps or the previous endpoint, you can enable the Clear flow point. This deletes all the previous endpoints and will disconnect the process from the previous steps. This typically is used within the Welcome message flow so that whenever a new chat is started the previous connection should be deleted or erased.
