Call Analytics
In the Overview section, you can view the total number of calls initiated by an AI Agent within a specified date range, along with the cumulative total duration in seconds for all calls handled during that period.
Under the Analytics section, you can access a comprehensive report that provides detailed insights into Voice Bot activity, including metrics such as total calls, inbound and outbound call distribution, total minutes, and more. Below is a breakdown of the key metrics available:
Total Calls: The total number of calls answered or connected within the selected date range.
Total Minutes: The total duration, in minutes, consumed by both inbound and outbound calls during the selected date range.
Total Inbound Calls: The total number of inbound calls answered or connected within the selected date range.
Total Inbound Minutes: The total duration, in minutes, consumed by inbound calls.
Total Outbound Calls: The total number of outbound calls answered or connected within the selected date range.
Total Outbound Minutes: The total duration, in minutes, consumed by outbound calls.
This section offers valuable data to analyze call performance and usage effectively. Using the AI Agents dropdown, you can get these numbers for a specific AI Agent and from selecting the duration you can get these numbers for calls above a specific duration.
NOTE: When the caller calls an AI Agent, it is considered as Inbound call whereas when the AI Agent calls the user then it is considered as an Outbound call.
Inbound Analytics
In this section, you can view a pie chart representation of the various stages implemented within the Voice Bot workflow. Additionally, this section provides access to call recordings, call transcriptions, and the option to download any of the call recordings for further analysis. Outbound Analytics
In this section, you can access detailed outbound campaign analytics for each completed campaign. Simply select the desired campaign from the dropdown menu to view its analytics, presented visually in the form of a pie chart for easy interpretation.
