On 1st January 2020, Telecommunication Regulatory Authority – Kingdom of Bahrain launches a chatbot powered by Floatbot on its website.
The chatbot is created in 2 languages – English and Arabic. And helps user with the complaints and contact information regarding TRA. The bot is trained with queries related to common complaints and general rules/restrictions imposed by the authority.
In addition, with the support, the bot is also capable of providing the live agent chat whenever required or asked by the user.
As the website is in two languages, the chatbot is published on the contact page for english as well as arabic.
The bot is designed to help customers with their grievances, and guide them with appropriate information which will definitely make it a very useful chatbot!
