Through this partnership, Floatbot's AI agents will support Orange's servicing channels: LEXI, a conversational AI agent for member inquiries and LISA, built for claims intake and FNOL. Floatbot combines AI automation with human-in-the-loop oversight, helping the team serve agents and members faster.
